IMPORTANT NOTE for our Florida policyholders only: Due to our recent transition to a new servicing platform, Florida policyholders are not able to access their policy information in the policyholder portal. If you need information about your policy, please contact your insurance agent or Centauri’s customer service team at 877-234-4401 and we will be happy to assist you. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. (policy data will be shown as inactive for FL policies in the policyholder portal due to no longer being available in this system).
